Hunyuan Taijiquan or Tai Chi is a gentle, effective way to fight stress while improving overall health and mental well-being.
Once only taught in secret and behind closed doors in China, Tai Chi is now one of the most popular forms of healing exercise for all ages and abilities around the world. This low-intensity exercise and "moving form of meditation" strengthens the body and mind by combining relaxation with mindful movement. The ancient art also teaches us how to assist our body in its own natural self-healing process. This healing practice is of particular benefit to people with health conditions and disabilities.
